"Very welcoming and accommodating. Unique hotel in a terrific central location. Recommendations by front desk for nearby eateries, coffee etc were very good. Only negative, which is small, was the bathroom temperature was very cold, a solid 15 degrees below the room; there was a radiator heater in the bathroom but staff said it could not be activated unless the outside temperature was below freezing! And no space heaters available. Overall a very small issue though for an otherwise very pleasant stay"

"Really nice house. Very clean and had everything we need. The setting isn't as nice as we had envision, and there is no view of the Hoosetooth reservior, but we weren't there for the view. I is only half a mile from the Horsetooth Mountain Open Space natural area and great hiking. Aya was great at responding to any question prior to our trip. We will stay again."

"This may be my favorite vacation home EVER! The host thought of absolutely everything. As someone with migraine, having light dimmers in every room was a game changer. The bed was cozy, there were plenty of extra blankets to keep us warm, and the fireplace in the bedroom was so amazing. Best of all, it was SPOTLESS! I could go on and on, but truly - I would recommend this home wholeheartedly and would absolutely stay again "
