"A nice clean room, friendly and helpful staff. The pillows were overly firm, a "pillow menu" is available but we arrived late and decided not to use this. The air conditioning actually workd and cooled the room to the point where I had to increase the temperature and turn don the fan speed. The breakfast tasted amazing, nicely cooked food that hadn't gone dry even by 9:30! All big wins - thank you"

"Reasonable hotel. Friendly staff. Room was a bit small as half the room was restricted by the eaves of the building. Room was clean, bathroom ok but shower strength was a bit weak. Bar barely stocked as most beers on tap not available. Overall an average hotel stay"

"Nice apartment for three people. Sofa bed really helped us. Well presented with off road parking and nearby shops/takeway. Good communication with landlord. We used this for access to LHR which is only 30 minutes away."
