This was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, there was a strong musty smell that made the room feel uncomfortable. The worst part was the bed, the bedsheets had a lot of ants, which was really disturbing. I couldn’t stay in those conditions and had to leave just 2 hours after checking in.

スタッフはとても親切でした。立地も悪くないです。部屋は最悪でした。 とても臭かったです。特にシャワーとトイレは最悪でした。トイレの窓にはタバコの吸い殻がありました。トイレの扉の上に小さな扉が半開きでした。ネズミか虫が入って来ないか心配でした。 ファンはホコリが被っており、音もひどかったです。挙げればきりがありませんが、とにかく清潔ではないホテルです。

겉보다 안이 알찬 숙소

위치가 좋았어요 방 넓고 침대도 퀸으로 두개였어요 방은 깨끗하고 샤워실도 넓어요 직원은 요즘은 보기 드물게 주변지도를 주며서 근처의 갈곳을 설명해줬어요 많은 도움이 됐어요 질문을하면 항상 웃는얼굴로 친절하게 답해주고 적은돈으로 묵으면서 최고였던거 같애요 우린 퐁냐갔다 와서 다시 묵을려고 예약했고 후에오면 누구라도 추천하고 싶어요

It is a budget hotel so it is pretty good for the price. The staff was very nice and helpful. The bed were however rock-hard. Like 0 comfortable but since we only stayed 2 nights that was okay. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

Very nice and convenient hotel.

We were generally very satisfied by our three-night stay in this hotel. The price was excellent and the service from the hotel staff was great. They recommended very nice places for eating and going out and they arranged for us tours. We used the laundry service which was very efficient and cheap. The local area at the moment is not great because their is construction taking place nearby, so there is a lot of noise and dust. There was good WiFi signal in our room. We would have liked it if there was an extra chair in the room as well as a waste bin in the bedroom.

Amazing service received from hotel staff. Tran arranged airport taxi and also a driver to take us from Hue to Hoi An taking in places we requested to visit on the way, it was brilliant and we really appreciated his help.
