Trato exquisito por parte del personal. Las habitaciones están bien, aunque los baños necesitarían una pequeña reforma. La ubicación es fabulosa y, a pesar de estar en el centro, la calle es muy tranquila y silenciosa. Hay muchos restaurantes y locales en las inmediaciones.

Great location

Lovely hotel, only stayed one night. Perfect location to all the restaurants and we were lucky enough to be here on a weekend when walking street is for pedestrians only, was great to walk around at night with the atmosphere Highly recommend this hotel, staff lovely and accommodating

A new and clean hotel just nearby center of Hue. Staff was friendly and organised us train tickets. Breakfast also enough good to start your morning.

Could not fault the staff: Always prepared to help: eg with transport bookings, directions, tours, breakfast choices. Everything was done with a smile. Special thanks to Kelly for organising our tours especially when we had difficulty trying to make decisions! Our room was comfortable (appreciated the balcony) but in need of a refresh, including ensuring all light switches are working. Breakfast choices and servings plentiful. Central location made it easy to access popular tourist sites.

Great place to stay in Hue! The hotel is new and the rooms are very spacious. The breakfast is great and the location is great - you can easily walk to the Imperial Citadel from the location. The staff is excellent and extremely helpful. We would definitely recommend and would also stay over Hue Serene when coming back to Vietnam. ❤️

We stayed in a triple room that had a large bathroom. The room was impeccably clean and the staff took great care to get to know our needs in the short time we were there. The concierge was immensely helpful in suggesting a sightseeing itinerary, arranging airport transfers, arranging a private driver, and helping us find what we needed. The hotel is on a quiet side street, and we quickly learned that alleys in Hue are often nicer than the main streets, with small restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby. We enjoyed our stay here.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado , a unos 15 minutos caminando del Río perfume y a 9 minutos de la zona de cafés a y restaurantes . Me encantó la hospitalidad con la que me recibieron, la habitación estuvo implacable , muy espaciosa y conforfortable. Solo estuve una noche pero sin duda repetiría mi estancia en serene hotel . Gracias a los chicos del hotel que se encargan de que los huéspedes tengamos una agradable estancia .

This hotel exceeded expectations in every way. The one change I would suggest is providing a large water jug for travelers to refill water bottles vs having to use one use plastic bottles. They were super helpful with booking a tour excursion to Hoi An. They helped with bags, the food was great, and we highly recommend this hotel!

Excellent stay. Super friendly staff, particularly the affable gentleman in his 30s who worked nights. Prime area of the city. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Recommended without hesitation. The transport they booked for us was cheaper than Grab and our driver had a fancy car and spoke English well.

Perfekt hotel til at udforske Hue

Familie på fem fra Danmark på rejse i Vietnam, i Hue boede vi på dette fantastiske hotel, med perfekt beliggenhed. Selve hotellet havde høj standard, helt rent, gode og rene toiletter, og god morgenmad. Og service var (som alle steder i Vietnam) helt i top. Vi havde et familieværelse med senge til os alle. Kort efter vi var rykket ind begyndte aircondition at dryppe (meget), dette sagde jeg til receptionen, og indenfor minutter var der et helt hold i gang med at udbedre problemet. Imens blev vi serviceret med kolde drikke og snack. Super fint! Derudover var hotellets personale rigtigt behjælpelige med at organisere vores ture ud, og foreslå sights. Samt at organisere en bil til den næste by vi besøgte. Fem stjerner, vil helt klart booke her igen hvis vi en dag kommer til Hue igen!
