"Spacious and clean room. Design is warm and homely. Only issue we had was the connecting room door where you can hear noises from the other room. Imagine screaming kids and toilet doors slamming at 1am in the middle of the night. It could disrupt your night rest."

"Everything is fine and I am very happy to stay in this hotel. Very clean and well maintained. My suggestion to improve the stay experience is: I would like to suggest to change the television with one that allow you to switch the audio output to a bluethoot device. In this mode, everyone in the room can ear the television using the auricular of the cellphone without disturbing. In this mode no noises from other rooms and if someone want to sleep and your partner want to watch the tv it is possible without noise.."

We especially loved the complimentary bikes, which made exploring the lush, resort-like grounds feel like a family adventure through paradise. From the stunning pools to the pristine beach and the array of activities available for all ages, everything exceeded our expectations. A heartfelt thank you to the wonderful Guest Relations Manager, Ngo Nhung, whose warmth, attention to detail, and genuine care made our stay feel truly special. The entire staff was incredibly kind and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. This is the perfect destination for families seeking rest, reconnection, and joy. "I enjoyed my stay at the Wink hotel city side. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. The front desk was organized and checking in and out was a breeze. I aslo really liked how convenient the hotel location was allowing you to just walk around and find great places to eat. The only downside were the floors in the rooms. I extended my stay, so I stayed in 2 differnet rooms and the floors could use a swiffer mop. Other than that, the hotel was clean and the amenities were great especially the bar ;)"
