It is by far and away the best in Peru, comparing very favourably against the five star hotel we chose for our stay in Machu Picchu, for example. "It was extremally great hotel and staff! First of all we arrived without reservation as our other booking failed. Even it was late evening all was sorted out perfectly. On the last day I got sick. I was offered for free extra room after check out hours to stay in the bed till afternoon when I had my flight. Very, very nice staff, thank you all! "

"Beautiful hotel. The views in the photos are even more stunning in person. They set candles out on the terrace in the evening and we enjoyed tea overlooking the Cusco lights. The breakfast buffet was out of this world. You won’t go hungry here. The restaurant is lovely. There were fresh flowers in our room at all times and the decor was very nice. It felt luxurious. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They have 3 friendly alpachas (2 babies) that live at the hotel and roam the garden...
