"I have stayed here twice. It’s a nice, comfortable room close to downtown but far enough from the loudest part of the area. Very safe location, I was able to walk around late at night without worries. The best part was the excellent service from the front desk staff. "It was a decent stay: hot water, clean rooms, right next to the market, and easy to catch a cab. We heard the area was a bit dangerous, but we didn't have any issues, and the hotel is locked up at night. The only issue is you have to ring the doorbell to be let in, and you can hear the buzz all throughout the hotel, so we were woken up multiple times."

"This is one of the most beautiful properties I've ever stayed at. Every feature and design details were very thoughtful and luxurious. The extensive grounds were well maintained. The pool and spa was the highlight. It was just breathtaking how beautiful it was! Our room was very clean and comfortable. We dined at the hotel both nights that we were there and we had great meals. The view from the restaurant was phenomenal. The staff was fantastic and attentive. I highly recommend Samari resort! "
