"Our room was brilliant… we stayed in a suite and it was spacious and comfortable. Loved the walk in wardrobe and the bathroom was stunning. The library was beautiful and the we appreciated the laundry facilities. To get full marks, the fitness centre would need an upgrade as it only consists of 2 exercise bikes… perhaps a treadmill and some other alternatives "

Almost nothing for western tastes, which is understandable but it’s not hard to provide better cereals. Also the first morning the coffee machine was broken and there was NO coffee. They could have gone and bought a jar of instant coffee!"

"Very pleasant stay! Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was eco friendly, which meant they only provided soap and shampoo in the bathroom. The rest, such as toothbrush, shower cap, etc were still available at reception for purchase. There was free 24 hr snack bar service, which included instant noodles, biscuits and drinks. A minor issue was the bed was slightly hard for my liking and the lighting in the bathroom was quite dim. But not a major concern."

"We had a nice big room with a wide window, good internet, and a big, if slightly hard, bed. The one negative which I take to be green washing is that the room was not cleaned which would be fine if the guest only stayed a day or two, but we stayed four days and the room should have been cleaned. "

"One word - amazing! The staff is remarkable- they helped us arrange a personal driver to Taroko gorge, helped us order taxis daily but also walked out with us to communicate with the driver to make sure they understood where to go, the free bikes helped us bop around the town for free and the infinity pool on the second floor is amazing. Rooms are great and the beds are comfortable. Nicky at the front desk and Vivian the manager are specific call outs. I highly recommend!"
