"Loved Pyg Pen Cottage. Rock is a great central but quiet location close enough to Craster, Bamburgh, Seahouses, Beadnell as well as the Alnwick shops and Castle. Communication with the owner was exceptionally good. The property was spotless and very homely for the family with the kitchen well equipped. The enclosed long grassy garden in a quiet village location was ideal for our young Labrador, with an on your doorstep off-road 2.5km woodland loop being a bonus. For dog lovers looking for somewhere to relax, and no need to drive to a safe walk this is it. Will be rebooking for next year."

"Beautiful property, clean and immaculate with more essentials than we needed!. Lots of space for us all and plenty of bedrooms. Lovely garden and view of the distant sea.Downstairs shower tray may need some attention as not draining away very well.....otherwise all excellent!"
