It's a lovely hotel, delightful staff and service. It would be so much better if they provided clothes storage in the bedroom - other than hanging space, there was nowhere to put other clothing, and this meant that for four nights we had to live out of suitcases.

Jennifer on reception was amazing. There was a mix up with our booking but she made it her personal mission to fix things for us. It must have taken her several hours but she saved the day and its so rare to get such amazing customer service!!!!

Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely, comfortable bedroom. My little sausage dog was very welcome, and even given some sausage for breakfast as it was his birthday!

Great place, excellent service

We really enjoyed our stay at Beadnell Towers, the room was comfortable and clean and we enjoyed a great breakfast. Staff were friendly and thoughtful and seemed to be enjoying their work which makes a huge difference.

Lovely hotel and staff. BUT too many dogs in restaurant/bar for our liking on this occasion. We ARE dog lovers but they have their place. I believe at one time there were as many dogs as people

Lovely hotel with staff that are very helpful and accommodating. The only issue is residential parking, which is a first come first serve basis at a very popular hotel and restaurant, and a small car park shared by residents and visitors. It suggests that there is plenty of parking nearby but that’s not true. The staff try and help but can’t create the space required.
