"Overall a good location but parking was difficult. We were forced to use the Diamond parking lot on Howell St for overnight parking at a rate of $32. Then we were forced to locate street parking with a 2 hour time limit which meant that we had to move the vehicle multiple times during one of our rest days. Mediterranean Inn

"Although an older hotel, the Mediterrean Inn has updated rooms and bathrooms beautifully. Their lobby is clean and welcoming. The rooftop lounge is lovely with a beautiful view of the Space Needle. Best is the location! Across the street is a Safeway. All along Queen Anne are wonderful ethnic restaurants AND the space needle and most of Seattle's tourist spots are well within walking distance. All for a reasonable price."

"hotel staff were friendly and checkin was easy. We were offered a very early checkin in a room on the ground floor which we took because we were tired after a long overnight flight. the staff asked if we were ok with the ground floor room and when i questioned why they asked, they replied that some people just dont like being on the ground floor. We didnt know that the ground floor room windows were grilled and backed onto the alley way behind. The area is a little sketchy so i did feel a little unsafe. I think the rooms on the other levels would have been quite nice and offered more light. The hotel was convenient to some eating places. There is a security guard outside the hotel- freindly guy who did his job really well. Checkin and check out were quick and easy. Shuttle to the pier was wonderful."

"I love the location and price paid. Staff kept the hotel clean and stocked. I loved the murals along the staircase and how close food and bars were to the hotel. My only complaint if you can call it that is I think access cards would have been handier than having to punch in a long code for the room but other than that I would stay here again. Also there are no elevators just stairs so take your time climbing, especially if you have lots of luggage."

"This was a great place for me and my sister and our families. The rooms were nice and the beds were comfortable, (which is not always the case with other places). The dining and kitchen were big enough for us to make breakfast and lunch and not be cramped. If we ever need to stay in seattle again. I will definitely come here."

"The condo itself was spacious and clean. It had everything we needed except coffee filters. It was walkable to some good restaurants/breweries and bakeries as well. A good location in general, in a pretty quiet residential neighborhood in the heart of the city. I was pleasantly surprised at how safe it felt. There were some unhoused people living close by, but they did not make us feel threatened at all. The listing noted that there is "on street parking" that is generally free, and that there was a Diamond garage "across the street." There was no onstreet parking available, and we had to lug our belongings approximately 2 blocks from a church parking lot, which we could pay to use because we didn't stay over a Sunday. The lot referred to in the listing was closed for construction. I would stay here again if I could take an Uber/Lyft. If I need to park a car, a standard hotel would be easier."
