This hotel was clean compare to what you paying but it is really unsafe ,somebody else has the room key he opened the door at 7am that time i was slept and i jumped,he ran away,so i shoked,i got panic attacked,i went vacation to relax but they did not let me.

The rooms had very bad smoke smell. The Bed made a noise when we moved around it. The experience was not that good. The staff while checking in was good and answered all my question, while checkout there was another staff who was bit rude.

We have stayed here many times, but this last time was very disappointing. The room was dirty, no towels or wash rags. The clerk that checked us in was incredibly sweet, however, the girl that replaced her was not. When we asked for towels and a blanket she literally snapped at us because she “had to go to the laundry room” to get it. This was our go to place when in town, but sadly, not anymore. I hope it gets better.

I was very disappointed, and upset with my stay on January 31st. Firstly. when I arrived I was told I would have to pay cash for my room because the credit card machine was down; even though I had already paid for it on Expedia. After she got me checked in, I was given a room that had not been cleaned. When I told her about it, she gave me another room, but proceeded to rant about how she was working six days a week, and how it it wasn't her job to clean the rooms. Once I was given another room, I went to bed because I had leave early in the morning. Around 8:30 pm another group of guests became very noisy- laughing, yelling, and a barking/whining dog. I went to the front desk (different Lady) and told her about it, because the phone in my room was not working, and she said she would talk to them. 30 minutes later, they were even louder. I went back to the front desk, and she told me there was no one in the room next to mine, and that it must be a T.V. turned on in one of the other rooms, even though the voices were clearly coming from outside and there were doors slamming repeatedly. By 10:30 I had had enough. I packed my stuff, went to the front desk and threw the key on the counter, since she had money laying out counting it, and told her to check me out. I then left the facility, not waiting for a receipt, and drove home. Overall it was a very poor experience, and the staff were very unprofessional.

The property was run down bad. Had holes in the wall, electrical light switch was smashed in by shower, a/c and fridge made horrible loud noises all night long. Pretty sure they were selling drugs couple rooms down. Different people coming at all hours. Worst experience ever at a La Quinta. They need to burn that one to the ground.

Surprise this hotel has any business! Limited hot water and rooms smells terrible(moldy). I’m sure this hotel has been impacted by water damage of some sort.

The team was friendly and helped us with the many issues we had. The issue was the property itself, there were many issues regarding electricity, water temperature, and water avaliability. Luckily the team helped us with our issues and by the second day of our stay we were in rooms with water and electricity. However, we were left with no warm water throughout the majority of our stay.

House keeping has no remorse

The front desk associate was definitely very nice and helpful, check in was a nice and easy process. My only major complaint was the housekeeping associate would knock VERY HARD on my door at exactly 8am.... the rooms need a DND sign. Other than that. It was a good 3 night stay.

Disgusting, pee smells, cold showers, broken doors

As soon as we walked into our room we were hit with the overwhelming smell of pee. It smelled like someone and/or their dog had peed on the carpet and the hotel hadnt even attempted to clean it. There were nasty looking stains all over the carpet. Some looked like smeared toothepaste, some were black and unrecognizable, and others looked like blood. The microwave and fridge had white splashes and spots running down them. The toilet didn't flush every time even if we held the handle down. And in the morning, guess who had to take a cold shower? Me! The absolute worst part of all in this disgusting place? Our deadbolt lock didn't work. It just spun around and around and the lock on top of the door was half hanging off the wood. It would've taken a strong breeze to get into our room. Being two women staying there alone, my sister and I called the front desk to alert them about the door. The man came to our room and basically said it was "no big deal" because he was the only one with a key card that could get into our room besides us. As if that was supposed to make us feel better! He refused to fix the door or offer any kind of solution. It was late so we slept with the dirty chair pushed up under the door handle. We left as soon as we could the next morning and went to check in at another hotel so we didn't have to spend the rest of our visit sleeping in fear or tip toeing around stains, too worried for our health to even remove our shoes.
