Clean and inviting lobby, check in was a breeze and the young woman checking us in was very friendly, kind, and professional. The rooms were clean but they can use some updating, lamps and working electrical outlets. There was one lamp and a light in the entry, which didn’t help with the good sized room. We managed with the outlets that did work, it was just inconvenient. The biggest issue we had is no hot water. After speaking with an employee we learned that the boiler does not work and the hot water is hit or miss. We were told that we were supposed to be told that when we checked in. Reading back on other reviews, the boiler has been an ongoing issue. If hot water is a must for you, look elsewhere. I will also note that the breakfast was wonderful, and worth the minimal $10 fee. The staff working the breakfast was very friendly and helpful. There are several places to stay in the area so we will find somewhere different next time in the area.
