Located on a quiet loop off the main boulevard, this house offers a serene retreat next to walking tracks and community parks. With plenty of parking space and proximity to St Charles Street, you can easily access Cajun food, live music venues like La Caretta's patio concerts and Sunday brunches.

You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Awesome location, great parking, with a park in our backyard

Next to walking track and community park. Plenty of parking, driveway runs from the street to the back property line. NOTE: Garage is Not a part of the rental. The house is off the main Blvd on a loop, so the traffic is light on our street, and non existent at night.
Just a few blocks away on St Charles Street you can find everything you need and want from Cajun food, live music, fast food, coffee shops, Ice cream shops. The Tex Mex restaurant La Caretta has live music out on the patio in the evenings, and brunch on Sundays. Other notables on St Charles street, Off the Hook, Cajun Meat Market, Rouses, Pj's coffee, Rotolo's Pizza and Gourmet house for takeout!

Please empty trash in Bin provided for pickup on Mondays and Tuesdays. It is located on the sidewalk in the back yard.
We do not allow long term rental. For stays over 7 days, Housekeeping is scheduled to professionally clean the home every Thursday, no contact.
I do not allow companies to rent my property, just travelers and families. No sub leasing.
