My only concern was having separate rooms for guest without pets and those who do. When I arrived, I needed rest but unfortunately I was put in a room that frequently had guests with pets and it had fleas everywhere. Beds are very clean, kitchen is very nice. Leave the door between first bedroom and kitchen open during the day or it will not be comfy to be in, as the bedrooms have great airflow and the first room does not.
