"Walked into the room to find the drawer front missing and the contents of the drawer showing. The front of the refrigerator was dirty. The carpets at the elevator were dirty. The refrigerator in the breakfast area was unclean and did not make for a good eating experience. The trash cans were overflowing and the lobby area had dirt around the rugs were it looked like it was just clean constantly cleaning around it without cleaning under it. The front desk attendant was nice but on phone when arrived. "

"I checked into a room that was already occupied. Subsequently, I was assigned another room; however, the key card provided did not function. After obtaining a working key card, I proceeded to take a shower, but the hairdryer was non-operational. Overall, the experience was unsatisfactory."

"Breakfast was very good with excellent staff. Really enjoyed the clean on premise dog park. The simple easy walk to the horse track and casino was very nice."
