Great location near hot springs where you can go and do stuff. The condo itself was spacious and clean - the hot tub was wonderful in the cold evenings. Owner was very friendly and quick to respond to inquiries

Entering with the codes was easy. The island condo has beautiful views. It was spacious with many thoughtful details and anything a person might need. Tim was helpful and kind. The jets in the bathtub needed to be cleaned, and the bathroom receptacle had to be reset for the guest bedroom receptacles to work. But, Tim walked us through it. There are many beautiful trails at Lake Catherine and lots of delicious restaurants and fun shops in Hot Springs. We had a lovely visit.

We( all 6 of us) went to Hot Springs Arkansas to visit my father. The condo was clean, had everything we needed, and right where we wanted to be. In a gated community with coded entry for each room. No cards to lose. 😃 Would definitely book with them again.

The only thing we didn’t like was that it took forever to cool the condo down. Otherwise everything was absolutely wonderful!

This was such an amazing rental. The location was perfect with Lake Hamilton views from the large Living and Dining rooms, close to everything and the decor of the home complemented the awesome views.

We used this for a 3 day girls trip with my daughter, sister and niece. It was the perfect size and a good location for Hot Springs activities. The girls had fun in the pool and the condo was very comfortable.

The condo was very nice and clean. It had all the supplies needed for a long weekend. The location is really great and we were given lots of information about local spots. It was so fun to watch the boats fly by and see the beautiful sunsets. We can't wait to come back!

Helpful and friendly owners, great grounds, and amenities, and beautiful views. The only problem we had was a planned power outage caused us to be delayed, leaving the property, but we were very happy with the response of the property owner, as well as the groundskeeper to get the gate opened manually.

Condo was nice. Accurately described. Did have a few minor issues. One patio sliding door off the kitchen did not lock. Some construction was happening during our stay and the noise was not pleasant. Also the hot tub by the pool would not heat. Would stay again if these issues were fixed.

We celebrated the holiday with another couple. The condo was as pictured. It was a very nice neighborhood. The condo had all the necessities. We enjoyed our stay. Would recommend.

My 3 friends and I felt the property was clean. We were familiar with condos in this neighborhood as we had stayed in one before. The condo was not cool when we arrived about 4:30 pm. The master bedroom was very warm and took all night to cool down. We bought an additional fan for bedroom. The condo was not cool at any time during our stay. Also it is not the red couch that is noted in the picture. As for amenities there was a VERY small coffee pot with only 2 coffee mugs in condo. We bought styrofoam cups and a Keurig coffeemaker so that we could have coffee!! I would suggest that the Host make a folder with necessary instructions and/or information about emergency numbers, good restaurants , even menus and any other helpful information.

While the condo was clean and pleasant, the master bed mattress and living room furniture were extremely uncomfortable. We did not sleep well at all. Also it would be helpful to label all the switches and how to operate them. Some lighting we never figured out how to control. Property management should also clean elevators and entrances as there was trash in them our whole stay.
