The internet also didn't work at the start of my stay, which made communication with the off-site staff, who can only be reached by text message, tricky. Though they were responsive and sought to resolve these issues, and ultimately did, I was put in a situation that was less than ideal: unable to enter the building and my room, I was stranded in the street...
