The staff was incredible, as our flight was 24hrs delayed I contacted Orbits and the hotel questioning if there was anything they could help me and for my surprise, Natalia from the front desk called me back (while i was waiting for our flight in New York) with the news that she was able to prorate my booking !!!! The room we booked was a basic triple, kind of small but perfect for our 4 day stay. Bruno G

Bom hotel. O quarto é pequeno, mas limpo e confortável. Boa cama. Banheiro bom. Internet boa. Faltam taboa e ferro de passar. A região é bonita. Não possui restaurante para refeições em qualquer horário, exceto o café da manhã, que é bom. Staff simpático e prestativo.

Excelente hotel com ótimo custo beneficio. Segundo vez que me hospedo. Quarto confortável e muito limpo, banheiro com excelente chuveiro. Boa Internet. Proximo ao hotel tem uma excelente padaria, um supermercado e o shopping Higienópolis. Os funcionários são muito educados e solícitos. Só o café da manha que tem pouca variedade, mas nada que estrague a estadia.
