"We were pleasantly surprised to find this property so well kept. It has been recently updated and was well stocked with kitchen utensils and appliances, i.e., mixing bowls, pots & pans, cookie sheets, toaster, three coffee pots and other items not typically furnished in rental properties. The house was very clean and the photos and descriptions are accurate in the listing. The property is very private and about 35 minutes south of Moab, but the price is less than a hotel room in Moab. We had mule deer visit every evening, with about 25 bed down in the front yard one night. We also had a flock of turkeys amble down the driveway one morning! One of the most fascinating features of this property is the night sky! Located in an International Dark Sky area - the night sky pops with an infinite star show that is spectacular! Great value and location to escape the busy city life of Moab."

"Property needs some loving on the outside but the inside was comfortable for an older home and decorated nice. Some interesting artwork I might add! We had a bit of a problem with ants in the kitchen mostly. They are working on that. Their hair dryer was missing and they brought one over right away. Plenty of room for a family or a few couples to share. We would recommend."
