"The only issue I had was with the other guests not following parking instructions, the host sent a message and it wasn't an issue the rest of my stay. The rooms were large but filled by King size beds. Hotels.com listing says there may not be smoke/CO detectors, the unit has them in every bedroom as well as fire extinguishers by the entry doors."

"The house has a great location just outside of downtown Moab. Easy to get down town. Quite location. Very spacious house. Beautiful views of the mountains. Pool wonderful. Very easy commutation with owner if any problems. Had a problem with the sprinkling system . Informed the owner and it was taken care of that day. Would definitely book this house agsin."

"This was a wonderful place for us to relax and unwind in between outings. Located on the outskirts of town, very quiet neighborhood with beautiful views. All household necessities were provided and in great shape. The owner is very responsive and helpful. We greatly enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to our next Moab adventure!"

"The property was beautiful, very well appointed and in a great location (very easy access to Arches and downtown Moab). The rooms are spacious, the beds very comfortable, the kitchen and living room areas perfect for gathering after a day of hiking. The grounds and the pool are very well maintained. Roanne is a fantastic host - always available, extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and organized, going way beyond expectations with the support offered. Staying there was a pleasure. We are already thinking about returning some day!"
