"Front desk person went above and beyond, opening the front door when I approached with extra luggage. Then she checked me in quickly and assisted in getting my things into the elevator. And all of this with a smile and a friendly attitude. After a long day, it was exactly what I needed. "
"Newly renovated rooms. Very helpful and friendly staff. I realized I lost my good necklace when I was on the way back to NY. So I called the hotel and asked them to check for me. They eventually found it and was able to ship it to me. "
"The front desk was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and very spacious. The king bed was comfortable. The free breakfast was nice and included hot and cold options. We were told that there is a hotel shuttle that will take you anywhere local but we didn’t use it so can't confirm the service. The 24 hour gym is more than adequate. The location is convenient to shopping and restaurants. The train to Boston is only a 10 minute drive from the hotel. I only have 2 complaints, a $10 parking fee per night (why isn't that included since it's just a parking lot and no security gates?) I really didn't like the split toilet seat in the room. It made me think of a public restroom everytime I used it. Definitely not a deal breaker. I look forward to staying here again the next time I visit the Boston area."
