Disliked: Cleanliness
Extremely dirty rugs. We had to roll up and put aside the entry and kitchen rugs as they were embarrassingly dirty with large grease spots. Blind slats broken, AC was a portable unit without parts to connect to window. Thread bare broken down couch sounded like it exploded every time you sat on it. At some point the flooring was replaced, never finished, a tripping hazard in the bathroom and to high to allow the door to close with the furnished rug, The location was nice, Good neighbors. Quiet. The mattress was comfortable.
