Great space in a great location

Large enough to host a family, small but functional looking kitchen (we didnt need to use it). Great location that had us walking to most of what we wanted to.

Best location ever

This cute little gem had everything we needed. The location is perfect—we walked to a couple of places, as it is right in the heart of downtown. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Great location - nice amenities!

Stayed here for a long weekend from out of town for a wedding. Great location to walk to and from restaurants and super easy complex to navigate and park.

Great Stay!

This is a clean, spacious, comfortable condo in a terrific location. It’s very easy to walk to downtown Hood River shops and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again.

The unit was perfect for what we needed on this trip. We were aware that we were one the first floor and there would be overhead noise so we did hear some movement around upstairs at the end of the day but nothing significant enough to disturb us and we were mostly out and about during the day anyway. I do wish they had some heavier blackout curtains in the bedroom because the light from the hall outside the building kept the room brighter than I would have liked at night. I really enjoyed the spacious size of the bedroom and we spent most of the time in the room rather than the living room. Kitchen was stocked with what we needed for our short stay. We were able to walk to several restaurants, cafes. Breweries, and wine bars from the house. We had a car so the fifteen minute drive to the different orchards and vineyards was easily accessible as well.

Perfect downtown location!

This place was perfect for our family of four. Walking distance to downtown and has a view of the Colombia! Everything was well stocked. Would def stay here again!

Great location and property

I really enjoyed staying at the 09 Lodge with my two sons! The property is very clean, spacious, and has everything you need. It has two main living areas, which was nice for giving myself and my kids privacy when needed. It is very convenient to anywhere downtown and even a short walk to the riverfront. I would stay here again.

Spring Break ‘24

Clean, well stocked, and convenient to everything!

We had a great stay. The coffee was really good and the place was stocked with everything a person could possibly need. Its located close to the farmers market and other downtown restaurants. We really liked having 2 bathrooms which is not necessary but a great added bonus!

Great location- Accommodation was perfect

Cute and comfortable condo. It was clean, in a great location and just enough for what we needed! I was a bit hesitant after reading so many reviews about noise above- you can hear a bit (chairs and heavy footsteps) but it did not bother us at all. The property owner was considerate and has left ear plugs for sensitive individuals. We would stay here again!

Great Location

This rental was fantastic for our family. Two adults and two kids ages 5 and 6. The condo had everything we needed and more! The location was GREAT!! Close to everything and walking distance to many things also. There were some ants in the bathroom but none in the kitchen. Everything was clean and well maintained.

Lovely apartment in the heart of hood river

This place had everything we needed for a weekend stay! The bed was pretty comfortable, the place was clean and the kitchen had some cookware/utensils (we ate out for every meal). Location was fab - a 3 min walk away from restaurants, etc. though this is totally out of the owners control, the noise from the upstairs apartment was very loud and everything carried downstairs into our bedroom which disturbed our sleep both nights. Dark but cozy!

A couple minor bugs

All and all a nice layout and well equipped for ski vacation. Very convenient to downtown shops and restaurants. Minor issue: bathroom off main bedroom- toilet is loose on the floor mounting. Wobbles when you sit on it. Miniature ants around sink in bathroom off bedroom.

Great Location

The unit was clean and well stocked. The supply of coffee was much appreciated! We liked that we could walk into town and enjoy Hood River. The unit had two bathrooms, which I thought would be especially nice for a family. The bed was firm but very comfortable. If you prefer a softer mattress, that may be important. The dining stools were very uncomfortable and felt rickety. Otherwise, this place covered all the bases!

Spacious apartment in excellent downtown location

A comfortable, homely and well equipped apartment on the ground floor of this condo block. The apartment felt spacious, especially the large bedroom. The bed was very comfortable. There are also 2 bathrooms so we had 'his n' hers' bathrooms! The location is excellent, just minutes from all the shops and restaurants in Hood River, plus the waterfront. The kitchen had everything we needed. The apartment was very clean. If I had to pick any downsides, it was that it was a little dark, due to being on the ground floor. There was also some noise from the comings and goings in the apartment above, but on the whole it didn't bother us. The air-con units were quite noisy but we didn't need them on much. I enjoyed our stay here and would recommend.

The property is a little dark and noisy. The ceiling seems very thing and you can hear everything going on overhead. The neighbors aren't necessarily noisy, just going about their lives. The neighborhood is great and you are easy walking distance from downtown. It was an adequate property and I'm satisfied with our visit.

The unit was exactly as pictured. Fit my needs just like I thought it would. When I received the email with check-in specific information, I was surprised to learn light housekeeping was required. That should've been listed with House Rules.
