"The property was exactly as described and shown in the listing. The check in process went smoothly on the hosts' side, with good, detailed communication. The loft bed was cute and fun to relax in, but i did opt to use the fold-out couch for sleeping, as i am a bit tall. Overall, a fun weekend stay at a great location in walking distance to downtown!"

"The accommodation was easy to find, very clean, comfortable & up-to-date and owner was responsive & even allowed me to check in a bit early to "clean up" before I went on to visit a friend in the nearby area, as I had just flown into Orlando that morn. Also, very near Sanford - a quaint town worth the visit. This stay is a definite recommend!! "

"We would definitely stay here again! Nice, quiet, pleasant neighborhood, close to downtown Sanford. Apartment was super clean and well appointed for us. The decor was fun and for someone who grew up in the 80's, appreciated all the details and thought that went into the remodel. No stove/oven, but has microwave and burner. All we needed."
