Welcome to Ilikai Apartment #1428 - Perfect location for a perfect vacation!

Unit 1428 could easily be "lived" in. Lots of cabinet space, storage, shelving, and bedroom closet by California Closets. A full kitchen featuring Espresso kitchen cabinets and granite counter-tops, travertine kitchen floor, new floor throughout living and bedroom area, completely updated bathroom featuring custom tiling, and Toto accessories. Large lanai with gorgeous Hilton Lagoon, Marina, and endless ocean views.

Please understand that we cannot promise an early check-in or a late check-out as we may experience back-to-back bookings.
If you would like us to guarantee your early check-in, we will need to ask you to book a day earlier as well to secure that date.

PARKING
If you plan on renting a car, we suggest contacting the hotel for the valet parking rates. The last time I checked the parking rates were $45/day. There is also public paid parking along the boat harbor with a rates of $1/hour.
If you only need a car for one day, some of our guests have rented a car just for the day from the car rental facilities in Waikiki, but make reservations in advance as they get rented quickly.

Please note, we don’t refill the welcome kit and you will purchase your own when these items run out.

**IMPORTANT NOTICE — July 9, 2025**
Starting the week of July 28, 2025, a licensed contractor will begin spalling repairs and full exterior painting of the building. Balcony access and use for this condo will be restricted from February 21, 2026 to June 29, 2026 (approx. dates). Construction noise will be limited to 9 AM – 5 PM per house rules. Guests can use lanais after 5 PM once contractors finish for the day.

Great location

Nice renovation of the room. Superb kitchen space. The elevators took a bit but it's was a very crowded week ( marathon and Christmas parade). Would recommend this room, excellent views and comfortable

The property manager was fantastic to deal with. All inquiries were answered quickly. The suite was as promised, with extras like boogie boards, beach chairs and umbrella. Excellent stay, would book again.

A very pleasant stay!

Close to the beach and lots of restaurants. Clean. Updated. Beautiful view. I also like that there was a market in the lobby to purchase bottled water and other odds and ends. I would definitely return again!

One of the most updated u it’s in the Ilikai. View was great. The room is next to the elevators but you don’t really hear them. Great view of Friday night fireworks and the Hilton luau. Bed and couch were comfortable. Would stay there again.

The bus out the front was such easy transport. We loved staying in this Hawaii icon.
