Our unit is located on the 9th floor and is a corner unit with a large furnished lanai's which provide you with amazing city, mountain and partial ocean views. Available to our guest we provide you with a soft queen size pillow top Serta mattress for a comfortable nights sleep as well as a full size futon that accommodates two. Also provided is a 50" HD TV with premium cable channels and wi-fi. The many floor to ceiling windows provide the perfect flow of refreshing island air, but if you prefer it cooler, air conditioning is available. Kitchen appliances include full size refrigerator, stove top, oven, garbage disposal, Keurig coffee machine, toaster, microwave, rice cooker and all the cookware necessary to make a gourmet meal. Enjoy dinner on the lanai overlooking beautiful Waikiki. to help you with packing lighter we provide steamer, blow dryer, curling iron, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. For guest with small children we have a Pack & Play as well as a stroller available upon request. To help make your day at the beach an amazing one we have complimentary beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, swim shirts, umbrella, hats, goggles and tanning oils. Parking is available within the building but at an additional cost of appx $35 per day with unlimited access. Parking kiosk is in the lobby. The host was great always answering our questions. The space looks smaller comparing with the pictures but it had everything iron, plates, cups silverware. Everything! That you could need for a vacation. They also have a small store inside the building. My husband me and my two kids had a great stay.
We had a great stay. We stayed for a week and everything went smooth. Great host. Good size condo for what we needed. The building hallway was a little worn and had a funny smell, but the room was good. We did feel more comfortable wearing shower shoes. Location was really good. The hot tub was clean and the perfect temperature. We would stay here again.
Sweet spot with balcony space and beautiful view of the City's open space along its canal and walking paths. Great light and a quieter location in the building being on the end of hall.

The location of this property is amazing. Close to the beach and the main strip of Waikiki area restaurants and shopping.
Great stay in Waikīkī. Walking distance to beach, restaurants, shopping, surf board rentals, and souvenirs. Owner is amazing and answers all questions promptly.
Best place to stay
We had a week’s stay here with one of us having a conference ant the Hawaii Convention Centre (an easy walk along the canal) and the other having a holiday. The condo was perfect - had all we needed to self-cater some meals or wander a short distance to great eating locations. Excellent communication with property manager and local person throughout. Would highly recommend.
The building is dated but it was comfortable, clean and had extras that we needed while in Hawaii. We would stay here again. Its very walkable to the beach and International Market Place where we enjoyed meals, shopping, live entertainment, and sight seeing. Parking was convenient yet a little pricey but I believe its just that way in Hawaii no matter where you go. Be advised that parking area is tight and you will want a small vehicle if you stay here.
The condo worked perfectly for our 3 night stay. Great location, easy to walk anywhere. It is small but the balcony is wonderful! Host was great at communicating as was Julio, his onsite contact.
Wonderful stay near the action of all things Waikiki! Property owner quickly responsive. On-site host was warm, responsive, and friendly with valuable info about hikes and attractions in the area. Place clean and comfortable. Met all our expectations and more.
This condo is beautifully renovated with a great lanai that looks onto Ala Wai canal. The location is outstanding, only two blocks from Waikiki Beach, restaurants and wonderful walks along the sea. The building has a great pool and hot tub. The Host was informative and kind. Exceptional!
Near the action but away from the maddening crowds
We had a lovely stay at this unit. It was located a couple of blocks from the beach and top tier stores where the action was happening. The unit was close to restaurants, parks, and interesting shops. After a full day of activities, it was a pleasure to sit on the porch with a drink and some snacks. The owner of the unit was quick to respond to any questions we had and made everything easy. Check-in and check-out procedures were seamless.
This condo was in a great location close to food, shopping and the beach. Guaranteed parking was nice although $40 a day seemed like a lot but that's how it is there. The bed was very comfortable and overall a pretty nice place. I would stay here again.
We had an amazing stay in this condo. Enjoyed the comfortable bed loved the lanai with view of the canal. The price and location was great and pool was very nice and shared spaces clean. The store and laundry area was a plus. Nice to have beach chairs and easy walk to beach. Would return if ever in area.
This is a clean condo in a very friendly building. It is partially updated and everything is in good working order. There’s a nice view of the canal on the balcony.
Russ and his guy Julio was great. I even enjoyed the friendly Chiefs - Broncos banter with Russ. The location was his advertised and we enjoyed our stay there. There television remote were a little more complicated to operate and one thing I suggested to Russ that he put down some kind of safety map in the shower as it's a little slippery. I would definitely recommend Russ and his condo for people to stay there.
Was unclear that parking wasn’t included ($40/day). Ad stated there is an oven but there wasn’t. Otherwise, a great location and good support from the host with a couple minor issues; was just a bit tight for our family of 4.
My husband and I had the good fortune to stay for two and a half weeks in Russ's compact, efficient condo. I already miss our time there. Everything is within a short walk - the beaches, groceries, stores and restaurants. The check-in desk is staffed with very pleasant and helpful folks. The building has everything you need - a well stocked convenience store on the 6th floor, open until 10 pm., a 24 hour laundromat, wide patios with picnic tables set around gas barbecues, a large pool, fitness room, jetted hot-tub and sauna. The owner is extremely friendly and accommodating. Don't hesitate. This place is a little piece of heaven in paradise.
My family of four (2 school aged kids) had a fantastic stay at Island Colony. Location was fantastic for us. Very close to the hustle and bustle of Waikiki without being right in the centre of it so it was quieter and perfect for a family. The recreation deck is ideal for a family. We took full advantage of the pool, hot tub and BBQ stations and we didn’t find it overly busy. Parking was convenient and fairly priced. The suite provided most of the amenities we needed. We spent quite a bit of time on the balcony overlooking the canal with great views. Both the bed and pullout were comfortable for adults and kids. We highly recommend for a family of four!
It’s a great unit for dropping your stuff and heading out the door. Kitchenette was valuable for cooking breakfast and it had what we needed. There was more street noise than we expected along with water running in the next unit. The pool was good sized , nice amenities there. The elevator can be challenging to capture at times. However for the price you get a great location, short walk to everything. The view from the unit balcony is wonderful, great spot for our morning coffee.the wall for the next unit shower.Th
