We loved our stay in this unit. Communication with the owner was great - clear, quick, easy and she was responsive. The building was efficient - no fancy entry but staff nice, elevators worked, garage parking, location perfect. The view from our unit was worth it - rainbow off the beach or next to the bldg almost every morning! The beds were comfortable. 2 AC controls for 2 rooms which worked well and the rooms are nicely spaced apart (we have older kids). There were also some tower fans in the closets, we used one in the main bedroom. Kitchen had a coffee maker and adequate utensils, plates, mugs, etc. We didn’t cook anything but we made coffee every morning. Crib also there. There weren’t any dishwasher pods which was fine, we hand washed the little items we used. Washer dryer was in the unit (super convenient) and we purchased a small liquid detergent (washing machine pods were stocked). We did laundry almost every day and it worked fine - the door handle to the dryer kept coming off and the owner would have taken care of it right away but we asked that she waited til our trip was done - it didn’t affect the dryer use. Showers had shampoo, conditioner and body wash stocked, as well as a blow dryer. We purchased more toilet paper for our lengthier stay. Towels were enough. The unit also had beach towels, and beach supplies stocked which was super helpful (umbrella, beach mat, some toys, body boards and goggles). There was also a small vacuum and broom. We loved our stay!
