Aloha! For the best way to explore the island, renting a car is the most convenient option, as it gives you the freedom to visit places at your own pace. However, if you prefer not to drive, the local bus system is an affordable way to get around, and you can easily catch an Uber or Lyft for more direct routes. For a more guided experience, day trip tours are a fantastic option to see the island`s highlights without worrying about logistics.
If you`re staying in Waikiki, you`ll find it very walkable, with many shops, restaurants, and attractions close by. For a fun and easy way to explore the area, consider renting a Biki bike. These stations are scattered throughout Waikiki and provide a convenient way to get from one spot to another while enjoying the fresh air and beautiful scenery.
Please remember that you are staying in a privately owned condo unit, not part of the buildings hotel system. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but we are not on site 24/7. House Rules:
-No smoking in the property or on the lanai -No pets are allowed on the premises -No parties or events on the premises -Please observe quiet hours of 10pm to 8am -Please do not remove or rearrange any items, any damages or missing items will be charged to the guest. -Additional guests not listed on the reservation are not allowed. -Please keep the lanai door closed and the front door locked when you are not present in the unit. -Please leave the parking pass and garage key on the kitchen table when you check out. A fine of $250 will be passed on to the guest for a lost parking pass or garage key. -A fee of $50 plus shipping will be charged for the return of any items left behind.
Please treat the home and its furnishings with care.A $25 charge will apply for stains on items.A $50 charge will apply for handling and shipping of lost & found items.These policies help us maintain the property in excellent condition and ensure smooth service for all guests.
