Check Out Cleaning: The cleaning fee includes professional cleaning with sanitization of the unit; professional laundry of linens and towels and restocking of amenities after each departure. There will be an extra charge if excessive cleaning is necessary. Thank you for your understanding.
Linens and towels: We provide one set of towels (bath towel, hand towel, beach towel) per guest. Beds are equipped with a fitted sheet, two flat sheets and a blanket. Linens for the sleeper sofa are on the sofa mattress, pillows and blanket are in the closet.

Please note that during your stay, there may be scheduled visits by licensed pest control vendors as part of the building’s ongoing maintenance program. These treatments are safe, odorless, and designed to be minimally disruptive.

Please be advised that Marine Surf Waikiki is currently undergoing an exterior concrete repair, painting, and building-wide improvement project. The estimated duration of this work is approximately 6 to 12 months.
Work hours are from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday (excluding weekends and holidays). During this time, guests may experience intermittent construction noise.
Lanai (balcony) access may be restricted throughout the project, along with restricted access to certain common areas. Please also note that the pool area will remain closed for the duration of the construction.
Parking Notice: Parking will be unavailable Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM during work hours. Guests may need to relocate their vehicles to an alternate parking facility during these times.
