THE BUILDING:

As of June 2025, the building’s long-awaited elevator project is complete! The old elevators have been fully replaced with brand-new, state-of-the-art models, offering faster, smoother, and more reliable service.
HOW TO GET HERE:
From Honolulu Airport, it is just a 20-minute drive from your destination. Rent a car to explore or grab a taxi for around $45, depending on traffic. Look for signs on the way to the taxi area upon arrival. Enjoy your trip!

Regarding early check-ins or late checkouts, we’re unable to confirm those requests at the moment. If you’d like to ensure you can either check in early or check out late, we’d suggest booking an extra night. STARTER SUPPLIES:
We provide a welcome starter supply kit stocked with - one pack of coffee grounds, coffee filters, toilet paper, paper towel, tissue, can liners, salt & pepper, spray oil, laundry detergent, dish soap, sponge, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and bar soap. Please note that this is only a starter supply to make sure you have everything you need upon arrival.
HOUSEKEEPING:
Our professional housekeeping team has strict procedures and checklists to guarantee constant quality across all our properties. All linens and towels are professionally cleaned with scent-free detergent and high-temperature washing (180F). Our trained inspectors also check everything before each arrival.
The cleaning fee includes all of the services listed above and restocking for amenities after each departure. There will be an extra charge if excessive cleaning is necessary. Thank you for your understanding.
LINENS & TOWELS:
You will receive one set of towels (bath towel, hand towel, washcloth, beach towel) per guest. Beds are equipped with a fitted sheet, two flat sheets, and a blanket. Linens for the sleeper sofa are on the sofa mattress, and pillows and blankets are in the closet.
BEACH ESSENTIALS:
We’ve got beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella ready for you in the unit so you can enjoy some fun in the sun. If you’d like a beach mat or snorkeling gear, just let us know—we’re happy to provide them upon request
LAUNDRY ROOMS:
There are laundry rooms on each floor with coin and credit-card-operated washers and dryers. A single pack of laundry detergent is provided in your starter supply kit. There is a coin change machine next to the lobby in Tower 2. Laundry room hours are from 8 am-10 pm daily.
TRASH ROOM:
Trash rooms are located at the end of each floor, next to the emergency exit.

Overall good stay - good location. We were missing a couple items and once requested we received them. The beach cooler took a few days before receiving. Most everything is well appointed. I would suggest they replace the pillows.
Great location for time in Waikiki as well as traveling around the island with a rental. Parking was a plus and relatively easy to find spots each time we came back in.
We love the location of the Waikiki Banyan and have stayed here several times before. This condo was beautifully updated, super clean and comfortable. The communication was excellent and we would definitely stay here again!
The location is the property is ideal and very close to the beach along with many restaurants and shops. The unit was extremely clean, well equipped and the balcony overlooking the pool and ocean was very comfortable and relaxing. Checking in was a breeze. We would stay again!
The unit itself is really nicely appointed, balcony has a view of the ocean, which is great! Comfortable bed and diesel water pressure. Excellent location, really close to everything and just minutes from the beach.
The property was as advertised. We could see the waves on Waikiki. Walking distance to the ocean. Everyone was friendly and quickly responded when we had issues or questions. WIth four adults, we could have probably used another small chair in the living room area.
Everything about our stay here was fabulous. The condo was clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with all the pots, pans and utensils you need. The checkin process was easy. The location was great. Highly recommended.
Our accommodations were very good, and included parking was a blessing. We explored the Island daily before returning to our home base. We cooked at least one meal a day, and had everything we needed to prepare our meals.

Our condo was nothing short of spectacular. The location is unbeatable, just a short stroll to the beach, shops, and food. The condo is beautifully decorated, and clean. The balcony offered a nice view of the ocean and cityscape. The kitchen was fully equipped. The entire condo felt like a home away from home.
Very nice property. It looked just like the pictures listed and was very clean. Management communication was amazing, they made the whole process so easy. They were very clear on how to check in and out, and sent any information that would be helpful during your stay. Would recommend to anyone who asked!
The condo is lovely but like many has a window air conditioner which cools living room and kitchen but not so much bedroom. We managed with ceiling fan, but I’ll look for central air next time. The location is walkable to anywhere on Waikiki. Washer and dryer is close.
Easy access to anything we needed/wanted. Quick walk to the beach. Easy messaging with the property. They came same day to check out/address any concerns. Having a kitchen saved us money. And having access to the parking garage saved us money. Definitely the right choice for us. No regrets.
The building itself needs some TLC (e.g., hallway carpet) but this particular room has been completely renovated and was simply amazing. The views themselves were beautiful to wake up to! Having a full kitchen was super handy for a weeklong stay. The place had everything one would need (minus an in unit washer/dryer but there’s machines in the buildings). We like that this was tucked back a block and a half - quieter than being on the primary street. Lots of coffee places nearby, a beach just a 7 minute walk away, the zoo just two blocks away and even a Nordstrom Rack:) We would definitely book again and recommend this place to others. But beware of the “hosting fees” - they’re high.
Great experience with staff who have excellent communication skills. Property was extremely clean. Amenities and decor was very modern. They welcome constructive criticism to better their company. Parking was challenging with an electric vehicle. Issues with one tenant/ renter of seldomly moving his car from 1 of 2 available spaces. However, that was no fault of Midway. I definitely would recommend them.
The unit was beautiful with a nice view and had everything we needed. We walked everywhere we wanted to go so had no need to rent a car. However, we were disappointed in how well maintained the recreation level was. The play structure had areas that were rusting through and the jets in one of the spas have not been working for years according to other regular guests. Also, one of the elevators was being upgraded and was out of service the whole time which led to major backups and long wait times in both directions. That said, we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying here again.
We've stayed in Waikiki 19 times so far, 10 of them in private accommodations at the Aston at the Waikiki Banyan, but this condo is a gem! Not only it was very clean, it had more than we could possibly need.From the beginning we felt very welcome and very comfortable.We discovered many things in the condo with great attention to detail.What we especially liked were the two night lights in the bathroom and kitchen. We were able to adjust the color of the one in the bathroom and the one in the kitchen changed colors without us having to do anything.The extractor fan in the bathroom is not a common feature, we used it a lot.The bed was very comfortable, we slept like babies.As I wrote at the beginning, the condo is a gem!We will be back in a few weeks!Mahalo for letting us stay here and for letting us stay here again.
We have family in Hawaii but little room to stay at their place. We discovered The Banyan (with free parking!!) and have booked a couple of times. This last time will be the unit we will try to rebook over and over. It was very nicely renovated and very comfortable. Like that there's an external door to the bathroom instead of having to go thru the bedroom. The view is pretty darn nice and the unit very easily became our home-away-from-home. The only detraction is that the curtains are not black-out, so the
adjacent building lit up brightly all night made it seem like perpetual day outside. All in all it was a great unit. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable.
