Perfect location

We enjoyed the staff and amenities at this hotel. We even were invited to the wine/cheese reserved only for hotel guests. Best location to walk to beach and restaurants. View could be better but it was balanced with nightly rate.

We had a short stay here to visit friends and family on island so we were busy and didn’t spend very much time in the room but it was as advertised and in a great location for walking around waikiki. The property manager was very sweet and helpful before our stay and check in was very easy. Thank you :)

There is not enough room to give a full review here but this is a unique place. While this room is in a hotel it is a private residence inside of the hotel and it isn't made very clear in the listing. Since it is a private residence, do not expect any type of maid service or hotel offerings. The hotel will also not allow you to participate in any hotel parties or events they are having for their guests. The property management company that handles the property communicates mainly through email/ texts and are good to answer any questions. The check in/out instructions are a bit out of the norm but it really couldn't have been easier. They do stock the room very well but if you run out of toilet paper its up to you to buy more. If you need clean towels, you need to wash them. However, we had four in our party and they had stocked the room with more than enough supplies for the week we were there. The location is probably the best thing about this place. One block away from the beach and all the shops and restaurants are well within walking distance. The furniture and beds are dated but functional. Had no problems sleeping. The shower is tricky and does not have any pressure at all. Don't turn the hot water handle but just a smidge or you will get scalded! For the location it is a great deal if you aren't looking for frills. You just need to go in with the mindset that you are renting a one room condo or apartment rather than a hotel room.

The rooms were ok, but every time I walked into the room, it smelled like pee, and I had to buy an air freshener to make the room smell better. The only convenience it was close to the beach and the International Market.
