This amazing, spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom ocean front view suite with lanai is located on the 3rd - 23rd floors of the Lagoon Tower, features a primary bedroom with king-size bed, 55-inch flat panel HDTV, and bathroom with a standard shower/tub combination and TOTO washlet. The second bedroom is furnished with two twin beds, 55-inch flat panel HDTV, and bathroom with a standard shower/tub combination. The suite includes a generous living room with separate dining area, 65-inch flat panel HDTV featuring HGV’s In-Room TV Experience that allows content streaming from your mobile devices, and queen-size sleeper sofa, as well as a full kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, coffeemaker and rice cooker.

This unit has a full 180-degree ocean view with two balconies that overlooks Ala Moana to Diamond Head and Waikiki. The Lagoon Tower is adjacent to the Paradise pool and waterslides and the Lagoon, as well as easy access to the Super Pool. The beach is a few minute walk from the lobby.

Absolutely NO smoking or pets allowed in the unit, on the balconies, or in the Lagoon Tower building. Any fines or legal penalties incurred for violations of this policy are solely the responsibility of the renter.

A $250 refundable deposit is required at check-in for incidentals. An expensive cleaning fee will be assessed to the renter for any evidence of smoking or pets in the unit or on the balconies.

Note there is a General Excise Tax (GET) and state imposed Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) for Hawaii resorts that is charged by the resort upon check out. This fee is approximately $20/per day (fees subject to change) and is to be paid by the renter upon check-out.
