The pool and all associated amenities will be closed starting April 7, 2025,
for an estimated duration of 10 to 14 months to accommodate the Recreation
Deck renovation project.
Enjoy this beautiful high level suite with a lovely ocean view! Watch the
ships go by and see the reef from your lanai (balcony).
Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable seating in the living room with
clean laminate flooring throughout. The kitchen includes refrigerator, range,
microwave, rice maker, coffee maker, and other kitchen wares.
Updated bathroom with granite countertops and tile. The vanity is separate
from the toilet and shower for added privacy.
Convenient sleeping arrangements include queen and a twin bed and a sofa
sleeper in the living room. The unit has a 37" wall mounted flat screen TV!

Banyan, an ideal spot for any occasion in Hawai i. Just a block from the
famous Waikiki Beach, you can easily enjoy dipping your toes in the soothing
ocean water, surfing, swimming, scuba diving, hula dancing, and exploring
Hawaiian nightlife. The Waikiki Banyan is also close to top-notch dining
options and shopping centers like the International Marketplace and Royal
Hawaiian Shopping Center. For family fun, the Zoo and Aquarium are just around
the corner, and public transportation is readily available for exploring
Honolulu, conveniently located just outside the building.
The Waikiki Banyan features a beautifully furnished lobby with Hawaiian decor,
soothing waterfall sounds, and a koi pond. Enjoy coffee and breakfast at The
Banyan Breeze, a local coffee shop, and stock up on local treats at the lobby

This condominium location is perfect for anyone wanting to stay in Waikiki. It’s a corner unit, which gave us the surprise of not only seeing the ocean from the Waikiki side, but also a little bit of the ocean from the east side of Oahu, through the kitchen window!
You can see two sides of the island from this unit.

The property manager staff is outstanding and will help answer all your questions quickly The owner takes very good care of this unit. It was clean and well equipped.
If you’re planning to stay in Waikiki, why not see it from the 32nd floor and see the east side ocean view as well?
Best condo stay we’ve ever had.
You’ll be glad to call this “home” while you’re in Waikiki. Fast, two block walk to Waikiki Beach, only a 12 minute walk to Dukes and at the quieter end of Waikiki.

Great place but property manager not great
Unit was nice and clean. Decorated nicely. Great location. But the check-in instructions were not great. Kept telling us to go to the unit. They sent us these instructions 3 times but only once in very small print did they tell us the unit no. Then we could not get in because the key pad was not set. There was a problem with the ac first day we were there. The property manager was rude in getting it fixed. They accused us of miss using it for days. Well, we were there 16 hrs before it started to flood the patio. I also had to ask twice before they fixed the draining of the bath tub. Stuff happens. These are vacation properties. But they acted annoyed and were quick to start scolding us. We really liked the unit but will think twice if it is controlled by Koco management.

Located in Waikiki Banyan Hotel. Great location, just two blocks away walking distance to Waikiki Beach, the beachfront, and even a local church.
PROS:
The room itself was neat, tidy, and relaxing to stay in: modern furniture, plenty of towels, full kitchen, panels doors separating room from living room, balcony with a beautiful view. Came with one parking permit space. Owner also has beach chairs, boogie boards, and other neat things you can use for the beach. Pool and Jacuzzi with the hotel.
OTHER THINGS:
The twin bed in the bedroom is too springy. The full bed and couch are solid and comfortable though. The main wooden table in the living room is a little wobbly; one of the legs must be a little shorter. Bathroom is clean and usable, just a bit old. Since it is located in a hotel, the elevators are constantly busy and stopping on floors and there are only 3-4 elevators. They don't tell you this, but the golden key provided is for the parking garage doors to enter the elevators after 7pm (the doors are locked after that). Parking garage is condensed to drive in (especially when turning corners to go up/down levels).
Overall: very nice stay for Waikiki. Pleasant to be in and close to everything nearby. Hotel staff were super accommodating and friendly to us. I would stay again.
We loved this Condo!! It was spacious, clean and well stocked.
Communication with the rental agency was easy.
The sofa bed is older and the bars could be felt through the matress. We put the matress on the floor and did not use the sofa bed.
We did have an issue with the key code not working a couple days into our stay. The issue was quickly resolved.
The air conditioner leaked all over the balcony.
We did notify the management company about this early in our stay, 2nd or 3rd day and were told it was normal. The leak continued and flooded our balcony and leaked onto the balcony below. One of the kids slipped and fell coming back inside from the balcony landing on the cofee table, there were no major injuries just some bruises. We were instructed to keep all windows closed and that should solve the problem of the air conditioner leaking so much water, unfortunately it did not stop the flow of water from the air conditioner.
These were all minor inconveniences that did noteffect our stay as we were on the go and did not spend alot of time in the condo.
We would stay at this condo again as the location was perfect!
Condo is exactly as pictured. We had a beautiful view of the ocean, Waikiki and Diamond Head. We were here for our daughter’s wedding which was amazing! We rented a car and toured most of the island. There’s always something to do right in Waikiki, you can walk to stores, restaurants and the zoo. We enjoyed every day here!
Condo is perfect for a family getaway to Hawaii! Property managers were responsive when needed. A few updates would make the condo ideal (needs a new toaster, better glassware, and a new fridge). The corner unit is our favourite and the view is spectacular!
