Great Condo
We loved this place! The beds were very comfortable. The balcony has a nice view. We used the kitchenette for some basic stuff: eggs, sandwiches, toast. There's a mini fridge. We were close to the beach, after walking through a lovely park. The valet was friendly for parking. We also parked sometimes at Ala Wai Boat Harbor (20 min walk) for $1/hour. The condo was fully accessible to one of our party with mobility issues. Hotel has nice gas grills & sun deck, pool was meh; we preferred the ocean. Owner was quickly responsive before booking as well as during check in. Overall: great place!!

Host cancelled stay after check-in time
First, an inquiry about parking went unanswered. Then, when check-in instructions were sent, nothing was included and we had to reach out to the host about where we would even be staying and how to get in. A response was received shortly thereafter and provided us check-in details. Then, we received a message shortly after scheduled check-in time that our stay had been cancelled, alleging water damage. I can't speak to the actual property but because the stay was cancelled at the last minute this booking was a horrible experience.
