"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was excellent from start to finish, with staff always attentive and eager to help. Everyone we encountered was incredibly friendly, which made the experience even more enjoyable. One of the highlights was the breathtaking oceanfront view—it was absolutely magnificent and made my stay truly memorable. Waking up to such a beautiful scene each day was a real treat. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service, warm hospitality, and stunning location."

"We had a 2-bedroom/2-bath unit and it was exactly as described. I thought there would be some disappointment given how reasonable the price was. But our unit was incredible! We had a full kitchen, laundry, free parking, and a large patio with lounge chair, table and 4 chairs. The property was carefully maintained, and the staff was extremely attentive and quick to respond. AND . . . there’s Starbucks at the store in the main lobby. We’ve been spoiled at the Outrigger, and can’t imagine staying anywhere else while in Maui."

"Absolutely loved our stay at Paki Maui! From the beautiful views on the lanai to seeing sea turtles from our room. Everything was very clean. The man in the shop/ check in offfice was very friendly and helpful! I would 10/10 recommend staying here again. Alot of great shops and restraunts literally across the street, also plenty of surf shops to rent snorkeling gear from and take back to the condo and snorkel in the backyard. With having papi ohanas a block away from our condo with the best cinnamon rolls! And an ABC store with breakfast made right in front of you and with great souvenirs definitely made our stay enjoyable!"

"The property was amazing. The westin properties are always fantastic and very disappoint with their hotels. the pools were amazing, the food was so good. Definitely recommended selecting the rooms with the resort credit because the food can get expensive real quick. Aside from that the rooms are nice (somewhat basic). Just a few steps from Whalers Village, a great place for shops and restaurants. Def recommended staying at Westin Resort and Spa."

"Great access to snorkeling beach. Lots of lounges. Rooms are nice but sound proofing could be better. Staff was friendly and responsive. Lots of biting bugs but that’s due to recent flooding. Would recommend. "

"Ocean view was beautiful; nice to wake up to the sound of the waves. We could sit on the balcony & watch the spectacular sunsets. All in all, was a great experience."

"Location was great and beach view was amazing. We saw a sea turtle on the beach right outside the unit on our last night there. While there was no air, the unit was comfortable at night with the fans going and windows open. Downside is the unit is right next to the parking lot, and it can get noisy. There was also a lot of rain the week before we were there, resulting in gnats all over. They were everywhere when we got there, and no matter how much we cleaned the counters, they returned every day. They were also all over the floor, and we didn’t see a broom in the unit to sweep them up. After the first couple of days, the complex put up a sign to let all guests know what they were, that the influx was due to the very wet conditions, and they were not dangerous. Recommend leaving cleaning supplies open to guests if they need them, as it would have been nice to sweep up all the gnats each day instead of letting them accumulate."
