"Overall, a very nice stay in a beautiful location with great proximity to nearby attractions. The room was spacious and offered a lovely ocean view. My only suggestion would be to improve accessibility—having a more direct connection from the other buildings to the lobby would make it much more convenient, as getting there currently requires multiple elevators and can be quite time-consuming."

"Breakfast menu was good but lunch and dinner menu needs an upgrade. Rooms were clean and with great view of ocean- we even saw the whales from our balcony. They have shuttle service- which helps to go Whalers. The beach was almost private! No crowds. My only recommendation for the hotel would be to have a vending machine for water and drinks "

"The property is not well maintained and was not very clean. 80% of the Staff were rude, but then there were a handful that were really nice. There was nothing special about this property and its amenities. For instance, when there were rain days, they offered nothing to do inside. "

"We returned after honeymooning 20 years ago. We stayed in Wailea before. This time we enjoyed the close proximity of the whaler village and their restaurants along with the ability to cook with the fully stocked kitchen. Staff were friendly and helpful Wonderful place and will try to stay here again. Hopefully not another 20 years before we are back to beautiful Maui 😊"

"We enjoyed our stay but the big negative is that there is no hot tub for kids. So our kids got cold sometimes when swimming but there was no where for them to warm up. This don’t feel family friendly. But the pools were gorgeous and the it was all very beautiful and welcoming outside of that one issue. "

"The location of the property was good and communication with the host was great. The condo itself is dated and not particularly clean. The second bathroom is more like a utility room and the shower is not private. The adjoining bedrooms are also not private. A couple of the tiles on the floor are loose. I felt like it wasn’t a good value for the amount of money I paid. "

"The hotel room had more appliances than was listed or shown in the pictures which was a pleasant surprise. The one complaint was the AC was not working very well. "
