"Excellent experience staying here. Staff spoke good English. Breakfast was amazing, and you can even choose from Japanese or Western. It came as a set. The onsen is pretty decent. As a spa hotel, look out for its full repertoire of bathroom provisions which even included moisturising milk! Oh, they even had samurai props which you can use & take photos with! Definitely value for money & a wonderful experience!"

"On this trip, I stayed with my family, and we all loved our stay here. The room was spacious for the 3 of us, and the staff were friendly as always. We all loved the breakfast on the 11th floor. "
