Our room was awesome. Staff were helpful, friendly and polite. Only feedback would be the breakfast in the hotel. The ready made fried eggs in the pot were cold and taste awful. Pau was cold too. New World Millennium Hong Kong Hotel
Food was good, clean room and area is vey accessible. Very special thanks to Raymond who is in charge of concierge who helped us patiently how to navigate Hongkong from explaining the map, transit and areas to visit!!!Very nice person who demonstrated good customer service !!!
