Dear Charterhouse Hotel, The cleaning staff were really noisy in the morning. They shouted at each other outside my door and I couldn’t sleep. I wanted to sleep. 朝に清掃スタッフがとてもうるさかったです。彼らは客室フロアで大声で話していました。

The location is very convenient. The area is lively and safe. It's super close to tram station and walking distance to Time Square and MTR stations. There are may food options nearly from street food to nice restaurants. Staff was courtesy and the check-in, check-out processes are very fast and smooth. You can leave your luggage there after check-out until you're ready for your flight. My room was much older than what's shown in the picture on the booking site. Shower water was a bit slow and not very warm.

Hotel is a bit old, located on a slope. I need to up hill climb if not by car. If you look for a Hong Kong Island mid rated hotel, this is a good choice. Metro, restaurants, 7-11s, fruit stands are all in a walking distant.

The location is good and walking distance to all the shopping area and restaurants. But one thing I really don’t like is the clearness of this hotel. It is a very old hotel and need renovations asap.

They offered used and torn Towels. Room Tarrif was 650 HKD. Using Soap Cake as in Cheap hotels. I had been to Shenzhen the days in Hanyoung Hotel it was in 450 RMB and far-far luxurious. Never stay in this hotel.

A good property at a good price but a few things that don’t take a lot to fix came up short: It was quite cool at night and on requesting an extra blanket they appear to have none… in an established HK hotel? The aircon didn’t heat and was loud. The room was near to the elevators and a constant humming could be heard. Otherwise the property was fine.

2x doors away from lifts, a bit noisy. Decor reminds me of another HKG hotel in SYP, but looks tired & dated. Location is OK, but walk from CWB MTR, can become a trek / hike with 23kg of luggage. Convenient, to shops, food & taxis.

I can find the Bible in the room but I can’t get an adapter. It won’t cost too much money but it’s kinda disappointing that I have to buy it
