Smelly, we believe sewage smell rise from the draining system otherwise the property is clean and good location. Very disappointing related to the sewage smell. Actually it was grossed.

The Harbour View Studio apartment (North Tower) at CM+ was very well appointed with stunning views. Room photos are representative! The apartments feel relatively new with all amenties that one would expect. Room was clean and spacious (we stayed as a family of 4 incl. x2 teenagers). Location is great with a Ding Ding stop out the front, MRT station and everything else within a 5min walk. Staff were always welcoming with a smile, so overall, I'd highly recommend.

Good room size and kitchenette is provided (for those who like to have the option). Check-in counter is more like a security booth than a hotel check-in function. Understand that the hotel has sustainability T&Cs to meet but a hotel should at least provide the basic essentials like soap and shampoo (they could be placed in dispensers)

Room was fine, service quality is not satisfied

Check in experience: not good. First of all, there’re 2 buildings, there was not signage tell us which building for check in. Then, when we check in, there were 3 girls who didn't wear uniform chatting and eating in the reception. They just pass us the key and continue chatting. We have no greeting or any indication on how to get in the other building. For the overall experience, it was not bad. we could see a nice sea view in the room and the shower set was Thann, which we both love this brand. I think the service could be much enhanced to align with the branding and positioning of this hotel.

We booked this serviced apartment for a family of four – two adults and two children. The accommodation was supposed to include a sofa bed for the children. On arrival, we discovered that the sofa bed was broken and could not be used. We immediately asked for another room and were told they were fully booked. We then asked what they could offer. The answer was essentially: nothing. There was no meaningful apology, no alternative bed, no replacement accommodation and no attempt whatsoever to solve the problem. We had booked and paid for accommodation for four people, yet were left with only one usable bed. In the end, I had to book and pay for a room at another hotel, where I stayed with one of our children, simply because this property could not provide the sleeping arrangements we had booked. I informed them of this as well, and they appeared completely unconcerned. The property itself is also extremely rundown. The overall impression is of a business focused on filling rooms and collecting money rather than looking after guests or even ensuring that the accommodation sold is actually usable. This was one of the worst hospitality experiences I have had. I strongly recommend families in particular avoid this property. If something goes wrong, based on our experience, do not expect them to make any meaningful effort to resolve it.

Easy stay after traveling to Macau - walking distance. Convenient check in. 5mins walk to MTR. Cute coffee shop right below. People working there were courteous. Only thing is the washer and dryer takes a long time.
