"The house was a great access point for the park. The condos across the creek came as a surprise. Check in was delayed due to a communication error and the smoke alarms expired during the stay but the owner responded promptly to both situations. All appliances worked well and the furniture was good. Only found 3-4 bath towels in the house which was surprising but we made due with the laundry machine."

"This little condo is even better in person. Everything you could need. Very clean, nice mini kitchen (bigger than a kitchenette) and bathroom, nice furnishings, right on the river. Elk come and visit and there appears to be a resident marmot! Very close to RMNP, far enough from town to be quiet but close enough for all the convenience. Loved our stay."

"Literally within walking distance of the RMNP entrance! Cute little place only 5-10 minutes outside of Estes Park and bumping up to the national park. Had everything we needed and was a great value for the price. Didn't have AC but there were multiple powerful fans that helped cool down the place at night with the windows open.
