"Celebrated my 40th birthday in Grand Lake, CO. Heather went above an beyond and was more than accommodating. She even had a birthday basket set up upon arrival with candles, balloons, and ingredients for smores! The house was clean, and LOVED the fact it has 2 washers and 2 dryers for our big family to utilize. There were plenty of blankets, fans in every room, and an endless supply of firewood. The hot tub was a God send, especially after a 16 mile hike! Loved the kayaks, paddle boat and fishing gear. The kids had a blast catching trout on the lake off the dock! Thank you Heather!"

"We absolutely loved this property it was amazing. We had a few mule deer come and 2 moose We will definitely stay again. We could hear the elk bugle every night and morning. Love love loved this place"
