10/10 Excellent
"Easy to get to, such a cute little apartment equipped with everything you need. Even cold filtered water in the fridge! A few minute walk from the riverfront trail. One evening I took a 10 minute walk to dinner and an ice cream shop after. Definitely recommend!"

"Doris and Bonnie were very accommodating! The communication was *excellent* from the start. Upon arrival, we had a mixup with the code for the entry door. They responded immediately to confirm the code! They also helped us obtain a parking permit on the first day of the stay. The property was extremely clean and as advertised! The neighborhood overall was very nice. The parking is definitely not ideal, but it’s downtown, so that’s to be expected. ***Make sure you take their offer to obtain the parking permit before you arrive as Harrisburg is not shy about ticketing.*** I would definitely stay with them again if I was in the area in the future! "
"Great location! Enjoyed walking by the river each morning and to a baseball game at City Island. Knead was a fabulous pizza place nearby! Easy access to freeway. Parking was convenient. Jonathan was an excellent host. Instructions were very clear and the pictures were helpful. The apartment had everything we needed and was very clean. We took the smaller Murphy bed room so we would be able to use the kitchen in the morning and not wake the teen before noon. lol. Would have been nice to have more comfortable seating in that room and maybe a small table for eating. As is normal for apartment dwelling, the noise of the tenant above us on the third floor was kind of bothersome late at night or early in the morning. We were on the second floor. Had access from front steps and fire escape. Fine for us but not a good option for someone with mobility issues."
"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Daniel’s home. The space was beautifully decorated with a modern, thoughtfully designed interior—everything felt brand new and state-of-the-art. It was, without question, the most immaculate rental we’ve ever experienced. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the air conditioning was perfect for relaxing after a day out. Daniel was a responsive and gracious host throughout our stay.We really enjoyed exploring Harrisburg—don’t miss the local market and the many small businesses nearby. The home is conveniently located within walking distance of the river trail, and it was inspiring to see the neighborhood undergoing such a vibrant revitalization.Though it’s about an hour to an hour and a half from Penn State, we’re already planning to return for a game weekend this year. A truly exceptional stay—10 out of 10!"
