"Our Hosts were SPECTACULAR & so very helpful .. an abundance of Info, Guidance, & Assistance! The house was ADORABLE- more than we expected .. attention given to ALL details, decor was modern/eclectic, crisp and clean, yet so warm & cozy with it's own charm throughout. Bedrooms we're spacious, chargers on the side tables, nightlights where needed, and the beds were Fresh, Clean, & Comfy!! The Appliances were clean, newer, in perfect working order, & we had a fabulous assortment of cookware at our disposal- we lacked for nothing. We loved having the Market, River, Capital Bldg, & so many other shops within walking distance. If we visit Harrisburg/Hershey again next year, we will be certain to book with Joe & Rebekah "

"I was in town for a night and was able to book this property the same week of my trip. I enjoyed my stay and the property was close to everything that I had planned. Felt safe and the property had everything I needed. Would absolutely stay here again. Parking was a little tough, but that should be expected with a city property and parking information is highlighted in the listing. Had to park a block away."
Cozy Home in Historic Harrisburg

"The place was conveniently located and had a lot of space. It was very comfortable for four people to stay and feel like we were not crammed together the entire time. The host was thorough on check in/check out information and we were able to get into the property without additional communication. The beds were very comfortable and bedding was nice. There were some areas that needed attention. The water flow at the kitchen sink was very low and there was no hand soap in the kitchen (only dish soap). The refrigerator was old, but stayed cold once we turned the temperature up. As others have mentioned, seats of several of the chairs in the dining room were not attached to the base and fell off. The knob on the second floor bathroom door is broken/almost feel off and does not lock. The biggest issue was cleanliness. There were dishes in the cabinets that were noticeably dirty and the bedrooms were very dusty on the floors. Our dog got a hold of a piece of chocolate that was under one of the beds. The backyard could use attention, too. The trees were overgrown and it was difficult to walk through. The porch is not screened in and there is a hole that leads to the street so the dog needed to be leashed at all times. Overall I would stay here again because the price was fair and the space was so large, but we just wished things were a little cleaner."

"This place was fantastic! From the outside it looks fine but when you open the front door to the place, we were so surprised at how nice this place was! I am very picky about cleanliness and this place was super clean including the bathroom! The owner has thought of literally everything you would need for a stay away. He was very fast with getting back to us if we had any questions and even checked on us mid way through our stay to make sure we were ok. I would give this place a 10 and highly recommend it!"

"This was an excellent spot for my wife and I for a long weekend. The place has been renovated so it's not at all what's displayed online. But it was actually better the way we found it. All arrangements and comms w owner were first class. Will stay again for sure and recommend highly."
