The breakfast bar can double as a temporary desk and there's free WiFi if you need to do some work while you're here - just be sure to take a dip in the pool every now and then to clear your mind. Enjoy evenings on your patio and fire up the gas grill for that fresh fish you got earlier, then head to the balcony or beach to watch the sunset. Heated Pools may not be available if temperatures drop below 65 degrees.
We will not be accepting payments for pool heat for the months of May through October.
Code enforcement notification: You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
