Four Beach Lovers is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized prior to your arrival. We pay special attention to high touch areas like remotes, light switches and doorknobs, etc... All bedding is professionally laundered and sanitized with fresh clean comforters or duvets.

Welcome to the Four Beach Lovers, located in Holmes Beach, this gulf front tropical paradise features four well-appointed and comfortable one bedroom units. Each of the four units is fully equipped and tastefully furnished. All four units feature a private patio area and a charcoal grill for your use. The Four Beach Lovers complex is surrounded by lush, native landscaping and decks. It even features a charming gazebo with adjoining fountain and old fashioned “porch” swings! Did we mention the beach? Walk out your door and you’re on a wide expanse of white sand with a back drop of azure blue water and white clouds. This is a frequent spot for dolphin watching!
Unit 4 at Four Beach Lovers is the Northeast unit directly facing the gazebo and fountain garden area, this unit is not a direct beachfront unit. The private covered patio is perfect for watching the sunsets, searching for shells or just sitting back to relax with a book after a day at the beach.
This updated unit features a recently updated kitchen and bath. There is a 49" Samsung Smart TV in the living room and an 23” television in the bedroom.

Unit 4 sleeps four with a king size bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room.

There is a free laundry room onsite for your use.

Parking is limited to one vehicle.
Four Beach Lovers is a one week minimum rental.

We previously summered in a Longboat Key. We always wanted to give Anna Maria Island and a Holmes Beach a try. Ours was in the front, but all you have to do is walk around the back and the beach is right there. Very convenient for beach walking and sunset watching. Beautifully furnished - we loved having two couches! Also, within walking distance of grocery store, Walgreen's, bagel shop, trolley stop. On site laundry a plus.

All but 2 windows were screwed & painted shut - even the windows in the bedroom. It was impossible to air it out. I tried odor absorbers and air fresheners but the musty smell remained. I called about the bedroom window not allowing emergency egress & no one returned my call.

Was disappointed that no one contacted me about how to get keys , no address given. Fortunately I know island fairly well and knew kinda where property was. Very thin walls, guest in front of us was very loud , took a bath at 1:30 am , could hear squeaking of them in tub, then another night they were fighting and slamming doors. Guest next to us you hear hear them clomping across floor. We did have 3 good night’s sleep,. Electrical outlet in bedroom very loose and was afraid to use it. Toilet had to be flushed twice a lot of times, sometimes water wouldn’t fill bowl for proper flush. Loved the deck and swings. Overall our experience was good , had to take into consideration that not all guests are respectful of others.

The app told us where to go to get our keys. It was a very easy process. We parked at our rental that came with one spot per unit. The place was spotless and smelled clean. Everything was in its place and looked like a hotel. There was lots of room to unpack our things and to relax. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware and dishes. We only needed to get trash bags.A toaster and coffee maker were also available.The bedroom had spare sheets and lots of extra beach towels. There were 2 tvs with cable and the wifi was good!Laundry was on the side of the building and it was free and the machines did a good job.There were charcoal grills available and chairs water toys in a shed.The beach was sooooo close that we walked barefoot to it. Honestly this part of the beach was the least crowded and the cleanest with the clearest water. We never had to drive to a different beach. We had the sunset almost to ourselves.The not so great things...Water pressure in the shower is really bad. My hair never felt clean unfortunately.The bed is sagging in the middle.Some floor boards had rough edges that would pop up a little so had to be careful. Every step you take in the unit sounded loud. We could hear our neighbors walking and the walls are so thin I could hear them stir coffee in the morning. You have to hope for courteous neighbors. I wish theyd add insulation for the future. The office and management... was amazing and friendly. I wouldnt hesitate to rent through them again. Felt like they were always available though we did not need them. We forgot a pillow behind and they found it and shipped it to us the same day we called. It was amazing!All in all, we would rent this unit again. We would be even

Love the location. I think there needs to be more of a check for supplies prior to the next rental. No biggie, but there was no extra garbage bags to use. There were open cookies left in the cabinet. Also, the owner needs to supply a blanket for the sofa bed(only a very small one was available), beach chairs could be updated. You might laugh, but miss the little gift bag! Koosey, if that's the correct spelling. The little things count. Will be back!! Thanks.
