This property is amazing! Very clean, stunning view of the ICW and all amenities provided. Close to Surf City Line restaurant, Surf Dog, Daddy Macs, and the pier. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful place

What a beautiful townhome. Exceptionally clean and well equipped. Convenient and easy to access. I will be looking to visit other properties owned by Alex and Jennifer. Wonderful time in a lovely space.

Beautiful view!!

We stayed here for a short vacation with my husband’s siblings and their families. This was the perfect location for us. We had family staying beach front so we enjoyed the beach during the day and our views in the evening. Our adult children really enjoyed the layout and we would definitely stay here again.

Family Time

The condo was better than expected. It is fully equipped and has a high comfort level. The evening sunset is spectacular. When the babies were in bed the adults enjoyed a wonderful cooked meal and conversation, watching the sun turn red behind a golden sky and green landscape.

Great location, tasteful, relaxing decor, comfortable beds, extremely well-appointed kitchen, great views of the sound, peaceful, modern, clean,child-friendly, great communication with owners, good information. Would have liked to have instructions on-site about use of TV and controllers. But no complaints, just praise! Definitely would come again.

Lovely intercoastal waterway views

This property was not only a new listing, it was BRAND NEW! I don't remember ever staying anywhere cleaner. Alex and Jennifer were fantastic at timely communication, and the beach chairs, towels, umbrella and cart were super helpful! The only thing that was a detraction was the road noise in two of the bedrooms. Fortunately, I travel with a white noise machine, so it definitely was not a huge problem. The construction on the adjacent properties was not a bother, even though I was concerned it might be. There is a nice-sized grassy area that would be fun for children to play, that I didn't remember from the description.
