"Such a great place! We had two families (8 people total) and comfortably fit. The view of the ocean is great from the balconies. The hot tub was a nice addition, and it was fantastic to have steps leading straight to the beach. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay! "

"Roaches and bugs in every room. A failing refrigerator that ruined our groceries. The house was clearly dirty and poorly maintained.While Kolk Realty refunded the cleaning fee and grocery bill, the infestation requires far more than a simple spray; we had to use our own Raid just to cope. Communication with management was dismissive and condescending.This trip was a complete disaster. We will never stay at a Kolk Realty property again."

"Great beach house right on the water. The layout was nice and the location was great. Exactly what you need for a relaxing beach vacation.The only downside to the house is that the kitchen is not very well supplied. If you have more than a few people, you will need paper plates...Otherwise everything was great. "
