"Everything regarding the room was great and whilst it was carnival week it was busy but ok. What wasnt was the breakfast, it was warm, eggs not fully poached, bread only half toasted, black pudding end of packet and hard. Suggest they focus on paying guests first before walkins"

"This was our second stay at Bakers Yard, and once again we had a great walking holiday. The location was ideal, with Wells-next-the-Sea and the surrounding coast within easy reach. The property was comfortable, well equipped and had everything we needed. A lovely place to relax after a day out walking — we would happily stay again."

"We had a great stay, the bungalow was well equipped the beds were very comfortable and both bathrooms excellent. The central heating which we definitely needed due to snow while staying there was brilliant the thermostat was straight forward to turn up and down and plenty of hot water as it was a combi boiler just perfect. Nice touch with the bottle of wine and biscuits on arrival and some dishwasher tablets etc a nice touch. Throughly recommended this property."
