"We were not able to check in as there was a problem with the room. We were not notified before arriving at the property, despite receiving a revised room number/check in info on the morning of our expected arrival. Communication was not great, and whilst we were provided another alternative accommodation, I have not heard back from the hotel since. "

"Breakfast was well cooked but unfortunately I don’t like streaky bacon, seasoned tomato and large field mushrooms that are also seasoned. I think that should be left to the individual to decide at the table. Was very pet friendly . "

"Lovely bolt hole. Close enough to everything to not need to drive all week, but no noise or disturbance at all. Nice touches in the place like little bits and bobs a visitor might forget. Good quality welcome pack too. Thoroughly recommend. "

"Wonderful cottage in perfect location. Only moan was that there was no washing machine and it’s in the photos so was expecting one but found one at the coop so was sorted. Also the people staying in the cottage next door kept leaving their dog and it constantly barked. Very comfortable would recommend"

"Comfortable, well equipped bungalow with excellent bed and showers. All you need in kitchen, great dining table. Near to centre of Wells and Harbour but also easy to get out and about in the area. Warm and cosy and owner stressed to use heating when weather very cold. Welcome pack. It's the time of year when the odd mark on rug and walls is expected and no doubt will be sorted in spring. We had to contact owner twice for maintenance (one time due to storm) and both times repair was same day as we said handyman could use key safe.Only improvement would be instructions for lightweight vacuum which was excellent for crumbs, etc but so difficult to empty without making a mess.Thank you for a great stay."

"Spent 4 nights in Wells . Property in good location to walk to harbour and shops. On three floors so need to be mobile enough to manage stairs. There is a toilet on each floor. Beds are comfortable . Parking is a bonus , but isn’t allocated. A small car can be parked outside the garage but it’s tight. A good property for a family as lots of space"

"This house was perfect for all our needs. The en-suite had a slight drain smell/issue, but we just used the other bathroom.The house is beautiful & walkable in Wells and the beach. Will definitely be back"
